Parkinsonism-Dementia Complex (PDC) is one phenotype of a disappearing neurodegenerative disease (Guam ALS-PDC) that shows clinical and neuropathological relationships with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), atypical parkinsonism and Alzheimer’s disease.
