<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> SHP2 is a protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) involved in multiple signaling pathways. Mutations of SHP2 can result in Noonan syndrome or pediatric malignancies. Inhibition of wild-type SHP2 represents a novel strategy against several cancers.
