Testicular Adrenal Rest Tumors (TART) are a common complication of unknown origin in patients with Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia. These benign tumors may derive from cells of adrenal origin or from pluripotent progenitor cells from the fetal adrenogonadal primordium.
