<h4>Objective</h4> SYNGAP1 encephalopathy is a developmental and epileptic encephalopathy caused by pathogenic loss of function variants. Syngap1 -heterozygous (Het +/- ) mice demonstrate progressive epilepsy with multiple seizure phenotypes in adulthood.
