<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Knockout (KO) of the fatty acid-activation enzyme very long-chain acyl-CoA synthetase 3 (ACSVL3; SLC27A3) in U87MG glioblastoma cells reduced their malignant growth properties both in vitro and in xenografts.
