Vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder characterized by the destruction of melanocytes. We performed a rank-based meta-analysis of six independent transcriptomic studies (115 samples) spanning microarray, bulk, and single-cell RNA-seq platforms to identify consensus signatures of lesional skin.
