<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Regression of atherosclerosis is impaired in diabetes. However, the factors mediating this effect remain incomplete. We identified Protein Arginine Methyltransferase 2 (PRMT2) as a protein whose expression in macrophages is reduced in hyperglycemia and diabetes.
