<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Tumor myeloid suppressor cells impede response to T cell checkpoint immunotherapy. Immunoglobulin-like transcript 3 (ILT3, gene name, LILRB4 ) expressed on dendritic cells (DCs) promotes antigen-specific tolerance.
