Changes in histamine (Him), cadaverine (Cad), putrescine (Put), agmantine (Agm) and volatile basic nitrogen (VBN) contents were examined in sardine, Atlantic horse mackerel, chub mackerel and Atlantic mackerel, during ice storage and storage at room temperature.
