<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) is a rare disease involving cystic lung destruction by invasive LAM cells. These cells harbor loss-of-function mutations in TSC2 , conferring constitutive mTORC1 signaling.
