<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Primary microcephaly results from the impaired neuronal progenitor proliferation, causing reduced brain size and impaired cognitive abilities. Loss of the most frequently microcephaly genes, WDR62 and ASPM , slows down poleward microtubule flux and results in transient lagging chromosomes in anaphase.
