<h4>Background</h4> Assessing circulating cell-free DNA (cfDNA) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) has been proposed as a promising alternative to tissue biopsy. Advances in cfDNA sequencing have further underscored the potential of CSF liquid biopsies.
