<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Mice with deletion of complex I subunit Ndufs4 develop mitochondrial encephalomyopathy resembling Leigh syndrome (LS). We report that LS mice also develop severe cardiac bradyarrhythmia and diastolic dysfunction.
