OBJECTIVE: To isolate and identify human sequences with metastatic suppression ability. METHODS: Genomic DNA fragments isolated from normal human lung tissue were transfected into cloned highly metastatic mouse lung adenocarcinoma cells together with PSV2neo as selectable marker.
