We investigated the Ha-ras and Ki-ras gene status, tumorigenicity, pathology, line derivation, and intercellular communication of 7,12-dimethylbenz[a]anthracene-initiated papilloma-, carcinoma-, and hyperplastic skin-producing cell lines to further characterize them.
