A sensitive and selective liquid chromatographic procedure using fluorimetric detection was developed to quantify dextromethorphan (DTM), 3-methoxymorphinan (3MM), dextrorphan (DT), 3-hydroxymorphinan (3OH) and two internal standards, codeine (COD) and ethylmorphine (ETM), in urine.
