We have investigated the graft versus host (GvH) disease induced in immunodeficient SCID (H-2d) mice by intravenous (iv) or intraperitoneal (ip) transfer of either spleen or lymph node cells from autoimmune (MRL/lpr and MRL/++ mice, H-2k) and normal (CBA, H-2k) mice.
