A double-copy Moloney leukemia virus-based retroviral construct containing both the NeoR gene and a mutant human dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR) cDNA (Ser31 mutant) was used to transduce NIH 3T3 and mouse bone marrow (BM) progenitor cells.
