Mixed invasive mucinous adenocarcinoma and non-mucinous adenocarcinoma (mixed IMA/NMA) is a rare subtype of lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) with limited available data. This study aimed to comprehensively analyze the characteristics of this rare entity.
