Advanced differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC) is characterized by limited therapeutic options and unfavorable prognosis. To address this, we conduct proteogenomic analysis of 113 advanced DTCs, identifying three molecularly distinct subtypes: canonical, stromal, and immunogenic.
