OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the relationship across type I interferon (IFN-I)-stimulated gene (ISG) expression, Still disease, and the development of lung disease (LD) and drug-associated immune reactions (DAIR) to interleukin-1 (IL-1) and/or IL-6 inhibitors.
