Hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) aging leads to hematological dysfunction and diseases, but the regulatory factors involved remain incompletely characterized. In this study, the HSC Aging-Associated TFs Catalog System model was developed to identify transcription factors (TFs) that resist HSC aging.
