PURPOSE: Cancer predisposition syndromes caused by germline pathogenic variants (GPV) in adult-onset cancer predisposition genes (aoCPG) are those for which there is low risk of cancer in children, with genetic testing and screening for these conditions typically deferred until adulthood.
