The Meta-Analysis of Glucose and Insulin-related traits Consortium (MAGIC) identified 242 loci associated with glycaemic traits fasting insulin (FI), fasting glucose (FG), 2 h-Glucose (2hGlu), and glycated haemoglobin (HbA1c).
