Biliary tract cancers (BTC) are aggressive malignancies encompassing intrahepatic and extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, gallbladder carcinoma, and ampullary carcinoma. Here, we report integrative analysis of 63 BTC cell lines via multi-omics and genome-scale CRISPR screens.
