ABSTRACT: Indeterminate dendritic cell histiocytosis (IDCH) is a rare and poorly understood entity characterized by accumulation of CD1a+/S100+ histiocytes (as Langerhans cell histiocytosis [LCH]) but with reduced-absent expression of Langerin/CD207.
