Indeterminate dendritic cell tumor (IDCT) is a cutaneous proliferation of histiocytes that share morphologic and immunophenotypic properties with Langerhans cells. IDCT was recently included in the updated WHO classification of tumors of hematopoietic and lymphoid tissues.
