Myelofibrosis (MF) is a clonal myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN) characterized clinically by cytopenias, fatigue, and splenomegaly stemming from extramedullary hematopoiesis. MF commonly arises from mutations in JAK2, MPL, and CALR, which manifests as hyperactive Jak/Stat signaling.
