This study aimed to conduct a comprehensive analysis of actionable gene rearrangements in tumors with microsatellite instability (MSI). The detection of translocations involved tests for 5′/3′-end expression imbalance, variant-specific PCR and RNA-based next generation sequencing (NGS).
