CONTEXT.—: Syringocystadenocarcinoma papilliferum (SCACP) is a rare adnexal carcinoma and the malignant counterpart of syringocystadenoma papilliferum (SCAP), which is commonly located on the head and neck and may arise in association with a nevus sebaceus.
