Influenza with a tendency to cause pandemic and epidemic is an infectious disease with a high of morbidity and mortality. Neuraminidase (NA) inhibitors are proved to prevent and treat influenza. Among the four Neuraminidase inhibitors (NAIs) licensed, oseltamivir is most commonly used.
