BACKGROUND: Allele-specific KRAS inhibitors are an emerging class of cancer therapies. KRAS-mutant (KRASMUT) non-small-cell lung cancers (NSCLCs) exhibit heterogeneous outcomes, driven by differences in underlying biology shaped by co-mutations.
