ABSTRACT: Papillary digital adenocarcinoma (PDA) is a rare eccrine tumor that is most often found on the digits. Few case reports have described PDAs located on atypical sites. It is now accepted that PDAs cannot be distinguished from benign adenomas based on histological features, and it is recommended to excise all of these lesions.
