Dedifferentiated chordoma is a rare chordoma subtype characterized by a high-grade sarcoma juxtaposed to conventional chordoma. We identified a series of dedifferentiated chordomas, reviewed clinicopathologic features, performed next-generation sequencing in select cases, and analyzed all related English-language publications.
