BACKGROUND/AIM: Radiation mitigator, GS-nitroxide, JP4-039, was evaluated for mitigation of total body irradiation (TBI) in Fanconi anemia (FA) Fancd2-/- (129/Sv), Fancg-/- (B6), and Fanca-/- (129/Sv) mice.
