Ofloxacin (OFX) resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) isolates have been increasingly observed worldwide, complicating tuberculosis control. This study investigated the performance of sequencing which could predict OFX resistance in MTB isolates from positive Bactec MGIT 960 cultures.
