This study aimed to examine the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of mycophenolic acid (MPA) in Nagase analbuminemic rats (NARs) to evaluate the effect of protein binding on the associated inosine-5'-monophosphate dehydrogenase (IMPDH) activity.
