We present a case of a reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) ETV6-NTRK3 negative congenital infantile fibrosarcoma (CIFS) harboring an LMNA-NTRK1 gene fusion with an eight-month ongoing, near-complete response to crizotinib.
