Adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma (ATLL) is a T-cell neoplasm caused by human T-cell leukemia virus type I (HTLV-I). ATLL is classified into four clinical subtypes based on the clinical manifestation: acute, lymphoma, chronic and smoldering.
