OBJECTIVE: We previously reported that p.Ser707Tyr, a novel variant in phospholipase Cγ2 (PLCγ2), is the cause of a dominantly inherited autoinflammatory disease, autoinflammation and PLCγ2-associated antibody deficiency and immune dysregulation (APLAID).
