Polymorphisms in the CAMP gene (cathelicidin) have not been tested in tuberculosis susceptibility. We tested polymorphisms rs9844812 (HIF-1α::ARNT binding site) and rs56122065 (CAMP) plus rs1800972 (DEFB1).
