Induction of myeloid differentiation in radioresistant HL60 cells (Res-HL60) was examined to clarify the developmental mechanism of radioresistant leukemia. Compared to wild-type HL60 cells (Wt-HL60), Res-HL60 were smaller and strongly expressed CD38.
