The method of single nucleotide polymorphism identification based on primer extension reaction (PEXT) with the following bioluminescent solid-phase microassay was developed. The recombinant Ca2+-regulated photoprotein obelin and coelenterazine-dependent luciferase Renilla muelleri were used as reporters.
