The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of mEPHX1 polymorphisms on risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and insulin resistance (IR). One hundred and twelve patients with the diagnosis of T2DM and 150 control subjects were enrolled in the study.
