Juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (JMML) is a rare clonal myelodysplastic/myeloproliferative disorder that affects young children. It is characterized by hypersensitivity of JMML cells to granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) in vitro.
