Novel 2'-fluoro-6'-methylene-carbocyclic adenosine (9) was synthesized and evaluated its anti-HBV activity. The titled compound demonstrated significant antiviral activity against wild-type as well as lamivudine, adefovir and double lamivudine/entecavir resistant mutants.
