Protein expression and gene mutational status of KIT and PDGFRA were investigated in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded specimens of 14 ipsilateral testicular seminomas. The analysis was performed by ordinary immunohistochemistry and polymerase chain reaction-direct sequencing methods.
