Viruses were sequenced from 75 antiretroviral therapy (ARV)-naïve and from 75 ARV-treated patients who subsequently received a raltegravir-containing regimen. No major integrase inhibitor (INI)-resistance mutations were present in the 150 integrase (IN) sequences.
