Previous studies have found haplotypic association of HTR4 variants and schizophrenia. Examining case-control pairs, G-G of rs7713886 was associated with schizophrenia risk. The A-A-G-G-G-A-A rs9325104-rs1422636-rs7715569-rs6873382-rs7711800-- haplotype was overrepresented in the schizophrenia cases.
