OBJECTIVE: To investigate associations with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) of single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) in 4 candidate genes, complement factor H (CFH), CD209 or DC-SIGN, eotaxin-3, and the MHC class II Transactivator (MHC2TA) genes.
